November 2024

November 25

Hey there, Nomidachi!

What's going on? We hope everyone in the Seattle area made it through the danger and hardships of the recent weather "event." Fortunately, we didn't lose power at the shop, so the precious, more delicate seasonal release sake in the fridge made it through safe and sound.

In case you're in the area and in need of some sake this week during family and friend gatherings and whatnot, we will be open REGULAR HOURS every day this week, with the exception of Thanksgiving (we'll be
CLOSED on Thursday).

We'd also like to take this opportunity to let you know about the availability of the last batch of 2024 hiyaoroshi sake from importer Japan Prestige Sake. We've received news from our distributor that the sake we ordered has arrived here in Seattle and we're planning to begin taking delivery next week.

Tasting notes and prices follow below. Our allotment is only a couple dozen bottles of each variety, so please get in touch ASAP if you're interested in reserving some bottles.

(Please keep in mind the
10% "case" discount is still be in effect for orders of 6 or more bottles.)

We haven't yet decided the order in which we will take delivery from the distributor, but your input/inquiries/orders will definitely help determine the schedule.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions related to these or any other of our premium sake selections.

Thanks very much, and we hope to catch up with you at Saké Nomi soon.
